
The Private Gentle Yoga Session In Person is tailored to you as an individual using the information you share with the instructor. It is designed to meet you where you are, in your journey of life. Take this time to just be...slow down, find respite in body/mind, and connect with something deeper. You will be guided through a gentle practice that may include some or all of the following: breathwork, warm-ups, gentle movement, physical postures, and relaxation.
