
The Private Gentle Yoga Session on Zoom is a 75-90 minute session and is tailored to you as an individual using the information you share with the instructor. It is designed to meet you where you are, in your journey of life. Take this time to just be...slow down, find respite in body/mind, and connect with something deeper. You will be guided through a gentle practice that will include breathwork, warm-ups, gentle movement, physical postures, and relaxation. Practice may include time seated, standing, and lying down, depending on the intention.
How does the private 1:1 Zoom yoga session work?
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Private Zoom sessions can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. To reschedule, please cancel your session for a refund and then reschedule at a time that works for you. No refunds or schedule changes will be allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled class time. In the case of an unforeseen circumstance within 24 hours of the class, please email me to see if some accommodation may be made.

This 60 minute gentle yoga Zoom practice incorporates breathwork, simple and accessible exercises for the joints/glands of the body, gentle movement, the beginnings/variations of traditional poses, and systematic relaxation. Practice includes time seated, standing, and lying down. It’s a well-rounded practice which increases circulation and flexibility, builds strength gently, all while increasing awareness and releasing tension in the body/mind. The overall effect is a nourished nervous system.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Download the free Zoom app on mobile or desktop
2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here)
3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email to use when class begins.
4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.
5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.
6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Enjoy the practice.
