Jen Hogan received her 200-hour yoga teacher training and certification through the Himalayan Institute in 2023. Though new to teaching yoga, she has a 20 year personal practice that helps guide her. In recent years, Jen’s own experience with anxiety and chronic pain led her to a more gentle practice of yoga. She teaches others to use the same intuitive and gentle approach as she has herself for healing. Her group classes and private sessions include breathwork(pranayama), gentle movement and movement with the breath(vinyasa), physical postures(asana), and systematic relaxation(savasana)...all of which bring balance to the nervous system.
